PHPCMSV9，微信登录插件，支持扫码

1、授权登陆因为微信只开放给服务号，所以必须是微信认证服务号才可以使用；

2、微信扫码登陆需要开发者认证，添加站点应用后才可以使用

3、没做过二次开发可直接覆盖，要把ID、KEY修改成自己的。

增加两个语言包

$LANG[‘setting_connect_wechatcallback’] = ‘回调地址’;
